NECK HEAT PACK
Provides targeted relief of muscular BACK aches and pains associated with overexertion, strains, sprains and arthritis.

TO ACTIVATE HEAT PACK:
1.Flex metal disc back and forth inside heat pack to activate solution.
2.Feel heat pack reach therapeutic temperature within 15 seconds.
3.Apply heat pack to desired area.*Use fabric pouch to target heat therapy.
TO RE-SET HEAT PACK:
1.Carefully place used heat pack on a cloth in a pot of boiling water.
2.Boil in rolling water until all crystals dissolve.Approximately 10-12 mins.
3.Let heat pack cool to room temperature before using again.
INSTRUCTIONS:DO NOT HEAT IN MICROWAVE.
Never allow pot to boil dry.Never leave heat unattended when boiling.Do not use boil if heat pack is punctured.Keep away from children and pets.Heat pack can reach up to 54℃/129℉.
Always test on a small area of skin before applying in full.Check skin frequently during use.if too hot for comfort,place over a layer of clothing. If you find irritation, remove product immediately.
Do not place excessive pressure.
A tight waistband or belt over the product. Do not place on skin immediately after boiling.
